Insurance
As an RCC, I am qualified for most insurance and benefit providers to reimburse you; however, you will need to pay in full up front and then submit your claim yourself afterwards. I will provide a receipt with all the necessary information to do so. Please find out ahead of time whether or not you are covered by your plan.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required to prevent being billed in full for the session, with the exception of emergency situations.

Fees
Fees are based on the BCACC’s recommendations for service, and each session must be paid in full before the beginning of the next session.
Payment
Payment plans may be arranged if necessary, and sliding scale options are also available.
Payment can be made in person by debit or credit, and online payments are preferred via e-transfer.
